Avui fa 40 anys que un fan desencisat de John Lennon va matar al polèmic cantant de tan sols 40 anys disparant-li quatre trets a la porta de casa seva. John Lennon va néixer a Liverpool, conegut per ser un dels membres fundadors de la banda The Beatles.
Un cop separat del mític grup de Liverpool va continuar la seva carrera musical en solitari i lluitant per la pau, convertint les seves cançons en veritables himnes per la pau al món, com Imagine.
